Wishlist: Pink & Pastel

If you know me at all, you’ll know that 90% of my wardrobe is black. Or navy. Or burgundy. Or dark grey. You get the picture. But recently, I’ve had my eye on lots of pretty pastel hues and pale pink colours. What has come over me?! Browse my wishlist below to find out what I want to add to my wardrobe this spring.

I have totally fallen in love with the Pink Skater Mac from ASOS and in fact maaaaay have ordered it last night! I’m not quite sure if I have the complexion to pull off a pastel pink jacket, but I’m definitely going to give it a try. I love the simple styling in the photo with a white tee and blue jeans, but I also think it would look really nice with an all black outfit, gold jewellery and a pair of heels for an evening outfit.

I also really love the Paris Haute T-Shirt from New Look and I think this would be a great piece for chucking on with jeans at the weekend. I already have a billion striped t-shirts, but you can never have too many – right? I may have to pop in to New Look this week and try it on.

I’m also itching to treat myself to a new bag. My currently daily handbag is from Primark and – surprise surprise – it has started to come apart at one of the seams. Rather than replacing it with another black bag, I quite fancy going for something a bit different like the gold metallic Dani Satchel Bag from Accessorize. Where are your favourite places for bags that are better quality than Primark but don’t cost an arm and a leg?
