So, you may have noticed that there have been a few changes around here. After a few months of deliberating, I decided it was finally time to make the jump and transfer my blog over to WordPress. The whole thing was surprisingly easy (ish) and a lot less stressful than I was expecting. I’m going to be spending the next couple of weeks slowly going through old posts to make sure everything is up and running correctly, so if you notice anything that’s not quite right please do let me know.
Part of the reason for making the switch was so I could integrate my blog with my new business venture… eep! I’m working freelance as a digital marketing consultant, focusing on freelance social media management, blogging, copywriting and events projects: find out more on my Work With Me page. I’ve been considering going freelance for a while and I figured now was as good a time as any to give it a go! So, if you or anyone you know is in need of help with any digital projects please do drop me a line.If any of you work in freelance social media and digital marketing roles I’d love to have a chat too, tell me all about it!
The content of the blog will be largely the same, so if you’re a long-time reader you’ll still be able to read plenty of new restaurant reviews, outfit posts, wishlists & gift guides, lifestyle posts, TV & movie discussions and makeup reviews. From time to time there will probably also be some more businessy blogging/social media/marketing/freelance related posts – hopefully most of you will find these sort of posts useful too.
I’d love to hear what you think so please do have a look around and leave me a comment. What do you think of the new look? Don’t forget to follow me on Bloglovin to stay up to date with all my new posts!
