1.Snuggles with Moss 2.Mini Eggs 3.Chillaxin' and blogging from bed with Fly 4.Having a Carrie Diaries marathon

Haaaappy Sunday everyone, hope you've all had a good week! This has been another very uneventful week in the life of me. I'm still at home visiting my parents, so this week has mostly consisted of catching up on sleep, lounging around the house, reading books, watching TV and keeping the dogs entertained. I was still feeling pretty ill last week, but I seem to be just about back to normal now - or, well enough to drink wine again anyway, and that's the main thing! As much as I like visiting home every so often, I'm going to be heading back down to Edinburgh some time in the next few days and it'll be nice to get back to reality.

Aside from that, I have pretty much no news to report this week. Sometimes it's quite nice to have a bit of a break from everything, but I'm looking forward to going back to Edinburgh and having some sort of social life again! I've got a couple of nights out planned and a few different blogger events to look forward to over the next couple of weeks. Particularly looking forward to some tapas and karaoke on Friday - will no doubt be breaking out a few of my favourite 80s tunes!

Oh, I've just thought of some other news - well sort of news - my best pal and I are planning a weekend trip to Berlin in a couple of months so have been busy looking up things do to, places to see, where to stay etc. Any recommendations? If you've written up a blog post about your holiday, please leave me a link so I can have a read!

What have you been doing this week?

Gillian x

  5. mini eggs and dog time sounds like my idea way to spend the day xx

  6. I am a new reader so I do not really know what you like, but I have quite a few suggestions about what to do in Berlin :) since it is just a weekend trip, you should go on a free walking tour. This way you see all the necessary sights and learn more about the city. And it's a fun way to met new people or just enjoy a day walking around the city.
On sunday you should really visit the Mauerpark. There's a flea-market there every week and the park is full of musicians for the day. The atmosphere is incredible and there is something for every taste.
I could go on and on about it, but I will stop here :) I actually wrote a post about Berlin, as I was there last year in summer.

Hope you two have an amazing time there! (+you just got a new follower ;))
